Nextop did a great job. They were the only inspectors to go on my roof, and they were the only quote that included the rotted boards that they discovered during inspection. No change orders, no surprises. Great job with communication, expectations of the home owner, and they did the job in the time they gave.

Very happy, everything done as promised.

I cannot recommend Larry and Jovani highly enough! From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing to work with. They rearranged their schedule to take care of our roof, communicated with us every step of the way, and got everything done quickly without sacrificing attention to detail.

What impressed me most was how responsive they were and the continued follow-up even after the work was completed. They genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right and that we were happy.

Reliable, professional, communicative, efficient, and just genuinely great people to work with. I would highly, highly recommend Larry and Jovani to anyone needing roofing work. We had such a great experience!

Honest Trustworthy Reliable

A.sincere outfit aspiring to achieve old school values of workmanship and friendly human interaction.

Roof looks great. I got 4 bids next the prices are reasonable. Everything that was said would be done was done. It was done in a timely fashion and good quality. The project manager communicated well. We had little hiccup with the eves. Within 10 minutes of finding out I was not too happy, the owner called me and said he would make it right and he did. Working in property management I’m use to guys not standing by their work, not this company. I would use again and recommend to friends and family.

Had them out in December for a roof leak that was fixed correctly and promptly.
Summer came so time to replace entire roof, did so in a timely professional matter with incredible attention to detail.
Very through catching few things not anticipated.
Highly recommend, bid was extremely competitive and complete!

The roof look great!! The guys cleaned up at the end of the day, everyday. The price is reasonable.

NextTop roofing was great. Friendly staff and very professional. Really quick and efficient.

They did great work and were helpful through the process in answering any questions we had.

Next top roofing did an excellent job on my roof I’m very pleased with the job they arrived when they said they would I received fast and respectable service.

Very professional team from the initial sales consultation through the completed installation. I had my entire roof replaced, including the addition of ridge vents and insulated TPO roofing on two flat roof sections.

I received five quotes, and Nextop's pricing was very competitive. I ultimately chose them because of their high reviews.

The entire process was easy, I simply gave them the go-ahead, and they handled everything professionally and efficiently. They completed the reroof in just three days and, even though they found a few areas that required additional work, they didn't charge me anything extra.

The crew was fast, professional, and delivered excellent quality work. I'm extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Nextop to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.

Giovanni did a great job and worked quickly and efficiently to repair Our roof. I’m very happy with the one year guarantee of workmanship as that gets us through the next rainy season with no worries.

I thought my old 20+ year old shed was leaking, it was - through the walls. I contracted through Nextop Roofing to tear down old shed and put in a new Tuff Shed. They only took 2 hours to take the old one down and 4 hours to put in a heavy duty shed. They were quick, clean, quiet and thorough! Great Job and highly recommend them!!

I recently had my roof replaced by Nextop Roofing, and overall it was a very positive experience. The project was completed on schedule, and the crew was professional, hardworking, and respectful throughout the entire process. They kept the work area organized and communicated well from start to finish.

After the project was completed, I noticed a few minor concerns during my inspection. I brought them to the team’s attention, and they responded promptly and professionally. They took the time to address each concern without being defensive or making excuses, ensuring everything was resolved to my satisfaction.

It’s refreshing to work with a contractor who not only delivers quality workmanship but also stands behind their work and values customer satisfaction. I would recommend Nextop Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing company.

The roofline came out well. The rooftop overall looks nice. I did not authorize our gables to be rebuilt. Now my $7,000 gutters are sitting on my patio cover

Need a new roof?
Me too Construction rocks!!
They have professionally done 6 roofs on my property PERFECTLY.
Also.... When my family had a loss, Nextop brought the most beautiful floral arrangement to me....! will never forget that kindness.

Great experience working with Nextop Roofing. They immediately came out, addressed the issue and were able to promptly fit us into their schedule right before the next heavy storm. The team was very responsive, professional and thorough in their work. They went over all the details and answered all of our questions and concerns. We will be working with them again. Highly recommend.

Vlad was very through in his explanation of the project and Roman and his crew were very professional and did a great job with the new roof.

We had a challenging slope to our roof. Roman and Larry were up the challenge and we love our new roof. This company stands by their work and I am impressed with their ethics--and my roof! 5 STARS for sure!

Nextop was great! They came out in just a few hours after I called to fix an emergency leak and then followed up with an estimate for the replacement. We needed to delay full replacement a few weeks and they were very flexible to match with our schedule. The replacement was quick and they had excellent communication along the way. All the workers we met were very professional. Roman and Larry were really great to work with.

If you have an roof issues or Need any work Done I Definitely recommend Next top Roofing they’re very Honest & Trustworthy to work With , Good communication Throughout the whole process Thank You So Much For Everything Valerii!! Very Good Work my Roof looks Amazing

Nextop Roofing did a great job installing our new roof. They were very professional and easy to work with. Communication was great. And the roof looks fantastic!

When we had our last good share of rain storms in mid-February 2026, I had my first significant roof leak since I reroofed with tile 25 years ago. I have a roof top HVAC unit, and to enable occasional maintenace service to the HVAC unit, I had comp shingles installed around the area of the HVAC unit. The significant leak in my house appeared to be coming from under the comp shingle area. I started calling roofing contractors and I either received no call backs or replies or that they could not help me. However, Nextop Roofing agreed to come out to look at my roof. The owner Valerii, showed up the next day and after his inspection he explained to me that the comp shingle area of my roof was not properly installed and that he recommended that the entire comp area around the HVAC unit needed to be replaced and enlarged. OUCH! However, Valerii gave me a reasonable bid, a 5-year warranty and informed me that he could have the area reroofed before then next forecasted rain storm (just four days away). Valerii's crew showed up early Saturday morning and Valerii was there at the beginning and the end of the job to ensure that everything was installed according to his instructions. Needless to say, I was very please.

I can’t recommend Nextop Roofing highly enough. They tackled a complex solar panel leak for us and managed to replace the entire damaged roof in less than a week. The team was transparent, the pricing was fair, and the workmanship was excellent. Truly an stress-free experience - thank you!

Amazing Company to work with. Vlad was just Amazing and work so easier. Highly recommend this company to work with.

I had a major leak in a valley on my tile roof. I contacted Nextop Roofing, Roman set up an appointment with Jovani. He listened to my concerns of the damage and repair. Was very professional and knowledgeable of what it would take to make the correct repair. He throughly inspected the damage, and provided a detailed repair plan. The work was done in one day. I'm happy with the quality of the repair and professional attention. Jovani, and Oscar did a great job! I highly recommend Nextop Roofing... Thank you

I am extremely satisfied with the roofing services provided by Nextop Roofing. From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional timeliness and maintained complete transparency throughout the entire reroofing process, ensuring I was informed and involved at every stage. What truly sets Nextop apart is their unwavering attention to detail. They went above and beyond in addressing even the most nuanced aspects of the project. The final result is nothing short of remarkable. The new roof is not only aesthetically pleasing but also showcases excellent craftsmanship and professionalism.

The roof on my rental in Lincoln had a weird leak ( oh no ) extremely appreciate Larry and his team that came out next morning. They gave a reasonable quote and fixed the entire roof next day. 100% Recommend do it once and do it right !

The Dec 2025 wind storm removed some of my shingles.
I called 5 companies and Larry at NexTop was the first to
respond, visit and give me a better than fair repair price.
I could tell super knowledgeable on roof and attic airflow science. He had an employee up and down the ladder like a ballerina with shingles, nail gun and caulking. This fellow removed and replaced shingles like a skilled surgeon, and more of them than anticipated and didn't charge extra.
Total skilled professionals . . Impressive service and I'm super happy it's fixed before the next rain. When I need a new roof I know this company is top notch. And Larry is super polite and considerate. If only all companies could be this good . . I got lucky.

Larry and his team were so generous with their time and terrific managing and executing our new roof project. We needed help with a roof leak initially and knew we were overdue for a replacement roof. Larry gave us great options and installed it right away to beat the rains. 😁 So grateful for Nextop Roofing!

Fast, reliable and great to work with. Everything was done in a day and I have no more leaks
thank you

This is a top notch, A1, great company.
Larry was able to come to my home at a moment's notice to get a tarp on my leaking roof to keep inside damage at a minimum.
Roman, Giovanni, and Russ were experts in their field and made me feel like I was going to have a good experience.
Their communication was wonderful!
There was a single issue with communication that was solved immediately and professionally.
EVERYONE that I crossed paths with working for this company, from the top to the crews doing the work were pleasant and professional and truly seemed to enjoy the job they were doing.
If I had another roof to replace, I would call this company and not even consider any others.
A PROFESSIONAL JOB AND COURTEOUS AND PLEASANT EMPLOYEES!
Thank you for the great job!

This is an edit to the original review.
When the roof was installed there was an issue created with the fresh intake for my heating unit, that was diagnosed by another HVAC company and I was charged a diagnostic fee to determine that it was an issue caused by new roof.
After speaking with Larry, it was determined that the issue would be address immediately (the same day).
The diagnostic fee was reimbursed to me as well.
If I owned another house, I would definitely contact them to have a new roof installed.
Fabulous company, great service.
Absolutely nothing but positive and happy words to use to describe them.
Thank you again!

We were very pleased with Nextop Roofing! They did an excellent job. The workers were very professional and very respectful. Our yard was completely cleaned up at the end of each day. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest and thorough company to replace their roof. The pricing is fair with no hidden costs.

I had a leak in our roof and Larry came out the same day I called and figured out right where the leak was coming from. He was extremely helpful and professional. Very impressed with this business.

Excellent roofing job, very professional and fast service. completed the job in a timely manner

We had a leak on an old roof that we were not willing to replace. It was right at the HVAC/Roof transitions. 5 roofers and HVAC trades visited; two walked away, 1 tried to charge me to do an estimate for repair, and 2 gave me numbers. Larry and his team was one of them. I could tell from the handshake and the eye contact, this was a reputable company. Nextop's price was higher than the next, but I was looking for a trusting partnership. I got just that. Larry hired the HVAC trade and was off and running with them and his roofers. 2 days later, I had a new roof section with comp shingles to match the existing tile and an HVAC unit on a new curb, flashed correctly and professionally installed. I highly recommend Larry and his team top assist with any roof repair challenge you have. You wont be disappointed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent Roofing Job – I Highly Recommend NexTop Roofing.
I recently had my roof replaced and I couldn’t be happier. These guys are professional, punctual, and efficient. Larry, the owner, takes the time to explain every step of the process, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. He even threw in some free gutter guards on the high side of the house when I mentioned how sometimes I had to climb up there to unclog them. I was very impressed by that.
The quality is outstanding — the new roof looks great! If you need your roof replaced, call these guys! I know they saved me money too!

Good customer service

After contacting multiple companies and comparing different quotes, Nexstop Roofing is truly the best in the area with your roofing needs. Larry and Roman, both highly qualified professionals were able to identify my roofing problem and provided a fix at a super reasonable price. They give a detailed explanation about the roofing process as they provide their services. The job took only three days and I am thoroughly satisfied. I highly recommend this company and will be coming back for any of my roofing needs.

Fast service, great rates, very professional.Highly recommended. Would be my first choice. Thank you Nextop roofing!

Larry and Roman made my roof replacement painless. The communication throughout the job was second to none. The materials and warranty they offered was just what I was looking for. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!

Good job. Timely and very professional. Highly recommended.

I had some broken tiles and deferred maintenance. When hiring a roofer you don’t really know what they are doing up there! Larry did a great job explaining the process and showing pictures (sent to my phone). I also noticed several things they did that were not on the quote! They delivered as promised. Great team! Thank you!

Nextop Roofing is amazing! We had them repair the roof on our apartment building, and they did an incredible job.

Roman, the project manager, was fantastic from day one — super professional and kept us updated with daily calls on progress. What really stood out was that he didn’t just try to sell us on a full replacement like most roofers do. Instead, he walked the whole roof, made sure it was repairable, and gave us a very fair estimate with a warranty.

The crew went above and beyond — even doing some custom fabrication and extra repairs they found along the way — and they were always clear about when they’d be on-site so we could minimize disruption for our tenants.

It’s rare to find a company this honest, reliable, and professional. Highly recommend Roman and the Nextop team if you need roofing work done!

Wow! An amazing job with all the same work and materials but I paid only half as much as my other 2 estimates! Larry and his guys are absolutely amazing! Pictures of everything being done before, during , and after. Dont even think about having another company out to your home. These guys even matched the same gutter! Dry rot is gone new wood and materials looks great. Very impressed!! I would definitely have these guys fix my place. No need to have anyone else out to your home. These guys do it all. When they left, my place was spotless! Great job guys and thanks again !!!!

We had a great experience working with NextTop Roofing. The team was professional, responsive, and completed the job on schedule with excellent workmanship. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We’ll definitely be using them again for future projects.

Very easy to work with and they were very good at being patient with me to help me understand some things …and I would highly recommend this company many times over

Nextop Roofing was contracted through Rebuilding Together to replace my dilapidated roof, and they did an amazing job! In five days my old roof was off, the dry rotted boards were gone and in its place was a beautifully shingled light grey roof (for maximum cooling) with a near invisible ridge vent to add to my existing ventilation and a 50 year warranty to stand up to Sacramento’s wild windy winters. Very professional and courteous, this family-owned immigrant-founded business put in the work, including the weekend, to get my house looking right and ready for the next winter, which my old roof might not have been ready for with the amount of shingles it had lost. Couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s obvious they put a lot of pride into what they do.
