Nextop did a great job. They were the only inspectors to go on my roof, and they were the only quote that included the rotted boards that they discovered during inspection. No change orders, no surprises. Great job with communication, expectations of the home owner, and they did the job in the time they gave.

I cannot recommend Larry and Jovani highly enough! From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing to work with. They rearranged their schedule to take care of our roof, communicated with us every step of the way, and got everything done quickly without sacrificing attention to detail.

Roof looks great. I got 4 bids next the prices are reasonable. Everything that was said would be done was done. It was done in a timely fashion and good quality. The project manager communicated well. We had little hiccup with the eves. Within 10 minutes of finding out I was not too happy, the owner called me and said he would make it right and he did. Working in property management I’m use to guys not standing by their work, not this company. I would use again and recommend to friends and family.

Had them out in December for a roof leak that was fixed correctly and promptly.
Summer came so time to replace entire roof, did so in a timely professional matter with incredible attention to detail.
Very through catching few things not anticipated.

I thought my old 20+ year old shed was leaking, it was - through the walls. I contracted through Nextop Roofing to tear down old shed and put in a new Tuff Shed. They only took 2 hours to take the old one down and 4 hours to put in a heavy duty shed. They were quick, clean, quiet and thorough! Great Job and highly recommend them!!

Nextop was great! They came out in just a few hours after I called to fix an emergency leak and then followed up with an estimate for the replacement. We needed to delay full replacement a few weeks and they were very flexible to match with our schedule. The replacement was quick and they had excellent communication along the way. Nextop Roofing did a great job installing our new roof. They were very professional and easy to work with. Communication was great. And the roof looks fantastic!

When we had our last good share of rain storms in mid-February 2026, I had my first significant roof leak since I reroofed with tile 25 years ago. I have a roof top HVAC unit, and to enable occasional maintenace service to the HVAC unit, I had comp shingles installed around the area of the HVAC unit. The significant leak in my house appeared to be coming from under the comp shingle area. I started calling roofing contractors and I either received no call backs or replies or that they could not help me. However, Nextop Roofing agreed to come out to look at my roof. The owner Valerii, showed up the next day and after his inspection he explained to me that the comp shingle area of my roof was not properly installed and that he recommended that the entire comp area around the HVAC unit needed to be replaced and enlarged. OUCH! However, Valerii gave me a reasonable bid, a 5-year warranty and informed me that he could have the area reroofed before then next forecasted rain storm (just four days away). Valerii's crew showed up early Saturday morning and Valerii was there at the beginning and the end of the job to ensure that everything was installed according to his instructions. Needless to say, I was very please.

I can’t recommend Nextop Roofing highly enough. They tackled a complex solar panel leak for us and managed to replace the entire damaged roof in less than a week. The team was transparent, the pricing was fair, and the workmanship was excellent. Truly an stress-free experience - thank you!

I had a major leak in a valley on my tile roof. I contacted Nextop Roofing, Roman set up an appointment with Jovani. He listened to my concerns of the damage and repair. Was very professional and knowledgeable of what it would take to make the correct repair. He throughly inspected the damage, and provided a detailed repair plan. The work was done in one day. The roof on my rental in Lincoln had a weird leak ( oh no ) extremely appreciate Larry and his team that came out next morning. They gave a reasonable quote and fixed the entire roof next day. 100% Recommend do it once and do it right !

The Dec 2025 wind storm removed some of my shingles.
I called 5 companies and Larry at NexTop was the first to
respond, visit and give me a better than fair repair price.
I could tell super knowledgeable on roof and attic airflow science. He had an employee up and down the ladder like a ballerina with shingles, nail gun and caulking. This fellow removed and replaced shingles like a skilled surgeon, and more of them than anticipated and didn't charge extra.
Total skilled professionals . . Impressive service and I'm super happy it's fixed before the next rain. When I need a new roof I know this company is top notch. And Larry is super polite and considerate. If only all companies could be this good . . I got lucky.

When the roof was installed there was an issue created with the fresh intake for my heating unit, that was diagnosed by another HVAC company and I was charged a diagnostic fee to determine that it was an issue caused by new roof.
After speaking with Larry, it was determined that the issue would be address immediately (the same day).
The diagnostic fee was reimbursed to me as well.
If I owned another house, I would definitely contact them to have a new roof installed.
Fabulous company, great service.

We had a leak on an old roof that we were not willing to replace. It was right at the HVAC/Roof transitions. 5 roofers and HVAC trades visited; two walked away, 1 tried to charge me to do an estimate for repair, and 2 gave me numbers. Larry and his team was one of them. I could tell from the handshake and the eye contact, this was a reputable company. Nextop's price was higher than the next, but I was looking for a trusting partnership. I got just that. Larry hired the HVAC trade and was off and running with them and his roofers. 2 days later, I had a new roof section with comp shingles to match the existing tile and an HVAC unit on a new curb, flashed correctly and professionally installed. I highly recommend Larry and his team top assist with any roof repair challenge you have. You wont be disappointed.

I recently had my roof replaced and I couldn’t be happier. These guys are professional, punctual, and efficient. Larry, the owner, takes the time to explain every step of the process, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. He even threw in some free gutter guards on the high side of the house when I mentioned how sometimes I had to climb up there to unclog them. I was very impressed by that.

Nextop Roofing is amazing! We had them repair the roof on our apartment building, and they did an incredible job.

Roman, the project manager, was fantastic from day one — super professional and kept us updated with daily calls on progress. What really stood out was that he didn’t just try to sell us on a full replacement like most roofers do. Instead, he walked the whole roof, made sure it was repairable, and gave us a very fair estimate with a warranty.

The crew went above and beyond — even doing some custom fabrication and extra repairs they found along the way — and they were always clear about when they’d be on-site so we could minimize disruption for our tenants.

Wow! An amazing job with all the same work and materials but I paid only half as much as my other 2 estimates! Larry and his guys are absolutely amazing! Pictures of everything being done before, during , and after. Dont even think about having another company out to your home. These guys even matched the same gutter! Dry rot is gone new wood and materials looks great. Very impressed!! I would definitely have these guys fix my place. No need to have anyone else out to your home. These guys do it all. Nextop Roofing was contracted through Rebuilding Together to replace my dilapidated roof, and they did an amazing job! In five days my old roof was off, the dry rotted boards were gone and in its place was a beautifully shingled light grey roof (for maximum cooling) with a near invisible ridge vent to add to my existing ventilation and a 50 year warranty to stand up to Sacramento’s wild windy winters. Very professional and courteous, this family-owned immigrant-founded business put in the work, including the weekend, to get my house looking right and ready for the next winter, which my old roof might not have been ready for with the amount of shingles it had lost. Couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s obvious they put a lot of pride into what they do.
